1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Klutter Queen website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Provided

Klutter Queen provides professional home organization services, including but not limited to living spaces, kitchens, pantries, storage, and moving setup. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon during your consultation.

3. Booking and Consultations

We offer a free initial consultation. All subsequent services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. SMS & Text Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Klutter Queen regarding your inquiries, appointments, and service updates.

• Opting In: When you provide your phone number through our contact form, you are opting in to receive communication from us.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and appointments with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: As stated in our Privacy Policy, no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Klutter Queen and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Klutter Queen, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
